How do you know that who play more than one account?

example (this is a real case happen in fact) ..... one of my friend give a helping for me to make a doing activity instead of me when I work don't have a time to play GKO.

So his/her internet IP show on my manager profile but either my friend and me don't play more than one account (don't mean to play more accounts but only give a handle to the friend when they don't have times)

I think strictly prohibit the rule if play more than one account is the case sensitive.

Honestly, i don't think that developers would tell you the way they detect cheaters..... but some thins are sensitive.
By the way, 2 people can play with different teams using the same computer, but they must inform that to admin and there won't be a problem, unless both teams make transactions eachother.
The IP is not necessarily a way o detect cheaters........ some ISP provides static IP and others use dynamic..... so, some people can have 2 accounts by just reseting their modems and getting new IP, it happens to me BTW, i have static IP at home and dynamic at work, so there's no way to do that just looking thier IP, i think that the "report cheater" is the best tool they currently have, and it depends of every user, everybody must do his part to make the game fair enough.

However, IP is a clue which can suggest that two teams are owned by a single user, but if both teams don't make market between them or they aren't in the same leaguues, these teams evidently are not cheaters. Anyway is a correct action communicate this to admin also to avoid problems

1 user play more than 1 account must be declared as cheater even both team are not transfer player between them. Because when player own more than 1 account he has more benefit than other players such as he can try many formations than other players with no effect with his main team and he can raise average biding value on his own player(without buying his own player). But in this case you have to wait admin for an answer.

You are right, I mean is not sure that two team are owned by a single user. On the contrary, I think an user can tell to GKO staff that an his friend plays GKO with the same computer. This user can lie because he owns in really two teams alone, and the friend doesn't exist.
Because of this I think we have (users and staff) to find a solution to solve this inconvenient
