求助，关于转会

我对GKO的转会市场交易还是不太清楚，想请教各位。
今天买人所出的工资比成功买到的人少了100/周，但是我转会费比他多出5W。 没明白为什么没有成功？

在《游戏手册》手册中写的价高者得？难道是指 转会费+工资总额  最高吗？

麻烦各位老手解答下，谢谢

手册里的转会后来做了更改，现在是这样的，有点复杂哦。要满足如下条件，才能买到。

首先假定球员底价为100，基础工资为1000。

1，出价有效：出价有效是指你的出价在最高出价的X%范围内，X在30到70之间随机确定。比如X随机为30，最高出价为1万，那么你至少要出3K才算有效出价；如果X随机到70，最高出价同样为1万，你就要出到7K才算有效。所以势在必得时，你最好保证自己的出价位于最高出价的70%范围内，否则有可能被X的范围秒杀。

2，出价有效情况下，比拼工资，工资最高者中标。

3，如果出价有效的情况下，最高工资有1人以上，比如有效出价中的最高工资是1100，但有N个人都出了1100工资，那么中标者在这些人当中随机产生，与出价的时间或者出价的高低无关。（第3条本人自行验证过）
