Need help ? / how to assign into league?

established on 03-07-2012
until now still haven't assigned into a league yet.

then i checked these 3 teams without manager and established on 08-07-2012 BUT assigned into a league.

any wrong with my team?
why GKO assigned some bot teams into league BUT not my team?
in waiting list i can't buy/sell players and plan for my team for league match.

can anyone check it for me?
