Season 7 new features - New Academy system.

Academy Season 6

1. There will be list of youth players in your academy. You can only view certain attributes of these players such as height, nationality, and approximated CA LA PR value (3-5 , 3-7, 4-6 for instance). 8 new youth players will come to your academy each season. A youth player of age 18 will move out of your academy at the end of each season if he is not promoted.

(1) Is there any factor determining the accuracy of the approximated CA LA PR value? Should the accuracy depend on the academy level, or scout level, or just random?

(2) Could there be any error about such prediction? (For example I get the approximated value of 3-5 3-7 4-6, but after promotion the player is 4/4/3, inconsistent with the prediction, could this happened?)

- Higher level of academy - > Higher CA, LA, and PR for youth players in the academy.

- If a manager upgrades his academy during season 6, it will not effect the 8 new players given each season. But if he use tokens or budget to search for more players it will take effect immediately.

- You may see the field position of a player in the academy.

- You can't select nationality of players in the academy. If you want players from specific country just build a youth camp there [season 7].

Good work you guys. I like this change. 

but In my view , many managers are waiting for a prize in the start of new season to upgrade their academies. ( managers will begin to upgrade after they get the money  )

 Is it possible to get the list of youth players after the upgrading complete?

Or can managers get their list of youth players once per season but not necessary to be at the beginning of the season?

I wat to have more cleraity abou what happnes If I upgrade Academy at half of season The players that I haven't promote are they ging to improve or not? I mean there must be a button to activate academy, meanwhile you haven't activate that button, you can improve your academy, so at the moment Academy is activate it for that season it will do it with the current level of academy, it will help all  of us

if i upgrade to Bad later and pull Youths, so my Youths quality is follow Very Bad or Bad level?

Love the fact that developers are bringing some changes to the game so it would stay fun to play.

But this announcement has been made far to late. People were counting on their price money to invest in their youth academy, now these people will have to wait another season before they can have better quality youth.
Even worse for people who are currently upgrading their youth academy but of which it won't be finished before start of next season. They will have higher maintenance costs, without having the benefit of it.

Example: Lvl Good -> 8000 maintenance cost - Lvl Very good -> 15000 maintenance cost
Now let's assume 1 season has around 20 weeks. Thats an extra season cost of 140000 just because that manager has been informed to late.

The healthiest move should be add this new feature in season 7 IMHO, this sudden change affects too many people.

Just one more thing... official announcement doesn't menction a limit in those academy's extra youth... Please, do not tell me that somebody can invest 600 token to get 100 extra youth... i don't even want to imagine somebody promoting 7 LA7+ youth the same season...

my current Academy is Very Bad.

(If your academy it will be build until 7th July you'll promote players at bad quality level and if your academy will be build after 8 July they will be at very bad level ) lets understand this will be if admin does the changes if  not  NOT  applicable

1. You can create youth camps in any countries. These youth camps can accept youth players of the age 13-15. And at the age of 16 these players will move to your academy. Therefore, you may now have more than 8 new youth players in your academy for each season.
 A) The Camps is in countries or in each team?
B)Is for all players or just premium (it should be for everyone)
C) In this camp are matches or just training? thanks

also imho training camp should cost considerably less to construct in home country than elsewhere

Players value has decreased when the age was from 27 to 28. And from other ages sometimes too

Not only their value.... maybe because their morale has been reset to Okay, but all my players have reduced their level, at least 1 point.
My keeper lost 2 levels (used to be 60, now is 58) and his GKS/GKO dropped 1 point.
My main squad reduced its level 13 points
