I have mixed feelings about these ideas, since daily condition recovery rates below 2 or above 4 seem like they would make the game very unbalanced with current game engine...

I do think that condition loss should depend somewhat on the player stamina stat.
For example, a player with 10 stamina should lose condition at current rate, while 0 stamina would lose twice as much and a 20 stamina would lose half as much.
In this scenario, you could see some players losing as much as 15 or more condition per league match, which then would make having facilities that recover the rate faster more relevant.
