I just checked with him, we're both right. Italian community voted 16.00 italian time in this poll last year: http://forum.gokickoff.com/index.php?topic=3097.0, that means 14.00UTC or 15.00UTC depending on daylight saving time or not. For us it's the same, so it will be your choice depending on server loads.

Italy was in fact a referendum to see the time that the Italians preferred, was 16.00 hours Italian time favorite, then 14.00 hours UTC. Result? No one has changed the time as requested by the Italians

In Norway we have discussed the possibility for changing matches times in our national forum (http://forum.gokickoff.com/index.php?topic=6073.0).

We want to change it from local time 2120 (UTC 1900) to 1920 (UTC 1700).

For season 6, we can only change ...

Norway -> 17:00 (UTC)
Argentina -> 21:00 (UTC)
China -> 13:00 (UTC)

... due to various limitations.

Most european countries need to swap their match times with another country if people in the countries need to change the matches time.
We will discuss this during Season 6.

Hi, I discussed with the developers and they told me that it is not possible because Italy has many leagues whereas Equatorial Guinea
has only few league. (The more league, the longer it would take to compute the result.)
