**Tips and Tricks** Training your players
« on: November 10, 2010, 06:32:46 AM »
Attributes increase each day . These values are updated at 0:00 (server time).
Normally these figures increase less than one per day and when they accumulate to one they will be shown.
This means that two players that is shown to have equal points of passing skill doesn't always have to have
the same "actual" points.  For example, if two players has both 14 points of passing skill one might has 14.97 points
while the other has only 14.03 points.

An increase attribute is calculated from...

The progress rate of the player + (progress rate of the player x (The level of the training facility/6)) +
(progress rate of the player x (The skill of the coach/20))

- Players under the age of 18 have the following bonus
=>  (50+ Working with Youngsters)%
e.g. If a coach with working with Youngster skill of 10 trains a player of age 16,
that player will get a bonus of 60%

- Players under the age of 22 have the following bonus
=>  (20+ Working with Youngsters)%

- Players over the age of 27 have -50% training penalty.

- Attributes of a player over the age of 29 decline every day.

- PR of a player starts to decrease when his age increases from 21 to 22

And the PR of a player decreases as follows...

8-->4
7-->4
6-->3
5-->3
4-->2
3-->2
2-->1
1-->1

- A player uses more skill points as the skill is closer to 20.
The rate of the development is also slower as the skill is closer to 20.

-  When the 'current ability' of a player reaches his 'limited ability' or current ability >= 7, training has no effect in improvement. Only Appearances in matches help him improve his skills.

- Appearances in a match (play for more than 30 minutes) help a player improves his skills.
The amount of improvement depends on his rating and his progress rate. The improvement from appearances in a match
is about the same as the improvement from training. It is advisable to put a player in the first-team frequently if you want to enhance his attributes quickly.

And if a player is over 33, he has a chance to retired from professional soccer career.

It means 1x + 0.8x while x is the normal increase rate.

When new player is joining the team and I'm trying to set him a training I have to set up training for all team members again all over. And that's not only my problem i think...
And one more thing: why wen my defender trains defending in training report his improved skills are showing me crreativty?

When you set up training, you MUST save your training by clicking on "save training"   :)

My goalkeeper trains goalkeeping, and in training report he improved tackling, my forward trains speed, and he improved teamwork  ::)

@Archiebald387

A training course focuses on improvement in certain areas; however, a player has
a small chance to develop skills in other areas as well.

I save my training and log out. Then I buy new player and try to set him  training and it shows me all players with default trainig, but they're trainig what I set up earlier. SO I set trainig for new player and then and then all them really go default...
Try to promote youth player and set trainig for him and then look at coaches and players assigned to them...

Hello Everyone, I see that the trainers they don't have a evaluation in Strength, but there's an option to train that is Strength, how do we do to know if a trainer is good or not with the option strength?
How do you know what is life about if you never played football?

The rate of improvement for a player depends on :

1. Progress rate of him. This rate can be view by a scout. -> This is the most important factor
2. Coach's ability to train the chosen training course.
3. Some club facilities affect this improvement.

This rate of improvement across different age groups can be explain belows.

-Players under the age of 17 has 0.8 times bonus of his normal increase rate.

-Players under the age of 19 has 0.5 times bonus of his normal increase rate.

-Players under the age of 21 has 0.2 times bonus of his normal increase rate

-Players over the age of 30 has an increase rate of 50% of his normal increase rate.
Attributes of a player in this age group has a chance to decline and this chance increase as the player age.
And if a player is over 33, he have a chance to retired from professional soccer career.

3. Some club facilities affect this improvement. It mean improve the Training Ground and Fitness Center? only or not. :D :-\ :(

Good and important topic.I posted (and translated) this in my national forum.

http://forum.gokickoff.com/index.php?topic=484.0

a player older than a 30 years when he trains he improves in some areas, but at the same time he is weak in some areas, he improves the same rate as he get weak, or he improves more than the rate that he gets weak?

In common, weakening rate must be less then progress rate at the begining at this age group.But after some years maybe the weakening rate will be higher than progress rate. Also this maybe cause players to choose retire from football...

Hi all,

This is a message to admin., it would be a great idea we can have a saved team, i mean, we can do one tactical and save it as default for other matches. In this way, it's bored to change all team for friendly and league matches.

Thank you for the play, and all suggestions we can have to do a better game, we will send you.

This ain't the right place to do this suggestion (that''s the Suggestion/Bugs subforum for). Apart from that, that suggestion has already been made.
