Cannot connect to database

why I can´t  connect??? I change browser opera, chrome, safari, mozila, explorer...don´t work....   >:( :o I have premium account and I give THIS?!

It is obvious that the problem occurs only at you browsers. Try to erase history and cache on browsers, then restart your computer, if the problem is not solved, check your network connection......

Yesterday I had a similar problem, after cleaned history and cache, and after a restart of the PC, the problem is gone

Zendux you will  must clean all history your browser, if it dont working then you will reinstal your browser.

I know people who can connect and some who can't. None of these suggestions work for me and it is very frustrating.

I did all ... Quit Chrome .... Reinstall It, Download TOR, Delete cache/history ... Nothing works. .. Admin. Should be worried .. if customers can't entry ... All the other Pages work propertly in my computer, It only happens to GKO ... If Admin. Doesnt solve the issue many of us will leave the Game, be sure dear Admin. At least you should calm us about this issue. I only can entry with iPhone, so I can't change formation or do almost nothing .... Very, very bad future for the Game is nothing is solved.

Actually the issue was not with your browsers, but with the server. If you have been logged in in the moment when it crashed, the server cached your mac and id of your browsers and keep it that state until it got rid of that cache which it should keep no more than 48 hours, so because of that now you are able to log in again from browsers(PC) with which you could not previously.
