Youth Academy is a joke

Youth Academy System is a joke. From "The best" Academy opened 10 players this 16th season and maximum LA 7 produced. I Don't pay for this game again! I can't beleive than "The best" Academy don't produce minimum 1 Very good class player from 10 youngsters.

you should always wait for player reports. dismiss the low LA player and promote more.

Why do i need luck to produce very good class player (LA 9 or 10) from The best Academy? I think luck is needed to produce LA 11+ players. Maybe random procedure that create youngsters is wrong.

3/5/6; 3/5/3; 3/7/4 so far from best, last season at least I got LA8 player with very good academy

Well, there are 703 "Best" academies in the game. So its really not the "best" academy its the "normal for top managers" academy.

There are only about 100 LA12s and 13s in the game, I don't know how many LA11s - say 300?. So you can see it is very lucky to produce better than LA10. The game would be silly if every best academy was guaranteed one >LA10 per season.

For me, I have had my academy for 4 seasons now, I've produced a handful of LA9s but so far only one LA10 and nothing better even though I always buy extra youths. So far this season, I have a LA9,LA8 and LA7 and I've fired 5 others from the academy, I await friday in anticipation for I receive another 2 reports - maybe I'll get lucky this time :)

I would add that some of that player higher than LA10 came from youth camps and no from Academy. This mean, LA10> from academy are really few, so the more amount of academy the best, the less possibility for all to get a player higher than LA10.

Man ,what should i say.Since i build TB academy(from season 9 i had TB) i get 1x La 10(pr3),1xLa9(pr3) ,5xLa8(one was pr 5 all otheres pr 3)and bunch of la 7,6 and 5.Its mostly luck.Too bad i dont have patience for waiting those damn reports
