Formula for calculating the most successful clubs in GKO?

I suggest:
WCL = 5 pts
League title = 2 pts
National Cup -= 1 pt

With this scoring system, can any club in a league with normal prizes beat 40 points?

I'd also like to see the best score for clubs in small nations :)
