Why weak? If you have a player A (young) with 6 stars of CA and LA 6 and a player B (young too) with 6 stars of CA and 8 of LA, you sell one of these two? In my opinion most intelligent thing is loan first player (to give him experience and also to improve ability) and keep the second. So, the first will improve for matches with the other team and the second improves too because he will play matches for your team and will for training too cause he didn't reach yet his LA

If player isn't weak i will keep him in my 11 or at least let him to play friendly matches. at the end of season i will have good training facilities, i already have all 100k G worth staff so why i would need to loan my young player to a team wich will train slower my player?

Would you take my young player with 6 stars of CA and LA 6, put him on your major team and play league games?if the player isn't weak ill do it myself, but if he is weak then why anybody would put him on starting 11?

The point is that nobody will give away their strong players as well as they wont take weak players

Yes but if you have two or three good young players in the same position (Gk for example) do you think nobody would take one of these? And three GK who require a lot of G, are not a little unconvenient? However both our opinion are right but I think if admins put this feature, a lot of managers will use it

But you would sell one of the GK's.

It would be a waste of time implementing it, especially when there are bigger problems such as the dead teams - either bot or inactive.

Would you keep them?in 5 seasons you would have 2-3 older good GKs plus the oldest and most experienced one so you would keep all 4 or sell 2?younger would cost more.

And i honestly think that this option is useless. Anyways, its not worth to give admins more work in creating such thing for a couple ppl who Might use it wich i doubt

And about money loans. It should be usefull. But it should be small amounts like max 100k-200k and manager should pay a bit % more to not use this option too often

I agree with SeppIbra, in the near future it might be really interesting......
Probably, righ now it does not make much sense, however while our teams keep improving the difference between those who have bad quality facilities and those who have improved them will give us a great oportunity.....

In my team i have 3 strikers:

1 of them is an already made player, CA4
2 of them are young players that next season will be CA4

Now, what should i do with them next season?

Sell the older and keep the young players? It migh be the easiest decision, however i think that i'll upgrade my academy this season, so probably will get even better players than those i currently have, so sell a young player now? If a new manager can use one of those youths a season, i sell the older and use in my squad the one that has more LA in season 5 i'll have even a better player to sell!
And, please, don't give me that "newbies has very bad facilities" because a player that play a league match progress even faster than training in my youth squad, and he gets more experience too!

The idea of put our players for loan is not bad at all, but will be really useful when it might be a gap between old and new users, before that it makes no sense.

I think loan idea would be nice. It should be like normal transfer auction, but players goes just for one year; maybe 2, 3 you'll decide.

never see a player loaned out for 3 years but there are players loaned out for 2 years. if player has enough contract in main team player can be loaned 2 years in the game also

One solution to some of the potential problems of loaning players would be to have a transfer window that would limit when players could be loaned and dictate for how long, particularly for top leagues. Also, something could be done to prevent clubs from repeatedly loaning players from/to the same team more than once. After that, the clubs would have to complete a transfer.

I have an format for loan:

1-You click the player that you want
2-In the action pannel,you click"loan or excange"
3-You put the contract,cash,and the managers decides if he acept the offer or no

PD:only Teams with same letter. EX:Im in the leguage C-7¿Ok?Only I can Loan players with a random Team(Internationaly) that has the letter C,for be more fair

Loaning player has big concerns about cheating and abuses...
To avoid abuse, you have to do the exact same way as transfer : public auction system so it can be controlled.

One possible implementation :

- Loaning concerns all players with more than 1 year contract left
- Loaning is driven by public auction system like standard transfer to avoid abuse/cheating/help friend
- Bid is the amount of money you will pay every week to the owner
- Min Bid is by default the wage of the player
- teams ( loaner ) cannot loan more than 2 players of their squad, to avoid loaning farm team, and you cannot get more than 2 players by loan in your team.
- loaned player cannot have a value superior to the best player value of the team who bid, in order to not modify that much game balance

With these kind of rules, it should be fair.

Nobody is going to loan out really good players UNLESS they have too many strong players to give them all match time

Think Daniel Sturridge. Probably the best front man on the Chelsea squad last year, even though he was playing for Bolton. This is why the Torres transfer was so stupid. Not because Torres sucks, but because Sturridge scores more goals

I have a player whose CA is 3 stars above his LA. (CA = 4, LA = 1) and he's only 20! If you can get a young player with a small LA on teams that will play the heck out of them, they can improve significantly.
