A premium users may loan out 3 players to other premium users person and take 2 players on loan form other premium users.

Joking aside, since the teams can't receive more than 2 players on loan, i think the balance won't be afected that much (premium team receiving 3 extra players would be too much IMO), so i'd say that these are good news!

Agreed, but some restrictions should exist (such as active user condition and some seasons old) to avoid cheating. Else, people would create new squads just to farm their players experience.

how about being able to take a player from a team that is not on the same country? i think that would be easy to write a code for, they already have a similar code for youth camp.

Cheaters are sooooooo stupid sometimes

Joking aside, top level's idea wouldn't be so bad IF the GM would control new teams's IP before giving them a league... outside Thailand, there are many new teams each day, (with weird names for us) and just a few of them becomes premium. I would say that there's only one foreing manager playing as premium user in Argentina. The others are in "illegal" conditions (and most of them have a weird behavior in transfer market).

In every online game LOANS of something resoulted with abuse and cheating same will hapen in GKO LOAN should be removed and effort concentrated on other things, tactic options implementing new options like dmc out fc inn , new users to get teams faster, camps which are great failure to this day............

That would be more reasonable, maybe 3000+ should be enough, as long as the other team proved to be active that time and he never were involved in cheating issues.

The thing for me is that the math just doesn't add up.

In an imaginary GKO universe of 100 premium managers, 300 players can be loaned out but only 200 can be accepted. Some teams will lose out on this new system since there simply won't be teams left who can acept them. Perhaps non-premium managers should be able to accept loan deals later in the season, such as after its midpoint if this system will remain.
