It depends on many factors: such as how many matches you win/lose/draw, what division you're playing and your club museum level.

From what i've noticed, despite what game manual says,
titles won doesn't increase team rating, last season i won WCC, national cup and finished 2nd in argentinian top level, my team rating didn't increase, not a single point.
