How is it possible for someone to get 4 players with LA8 or more?

My best player this season from "BEST Academies" is a 3/7/3 and I am received also 2/5/3  . And I saw that some of these same "BEST Academies" get 3 players with LA 10 and LA  8.  How is it possible for someone to get 4 players with LA8 or more. but many of us does not get any one from the LA 8.

Exchange in academy by tokens and g, Dude I know about some users who paid 1,2 and more for this. No one want to say that used tokens, lol

Mainly by tokens. Some people draw 3 youths/week every week until they find what they search.

why only 3 by week? For 59,90 euro is 230 tokens . 9 token per 1 rookie for instant finding and report give 25 youth at once!
Tokens are the most bad thing in this game :(

Ruta, there's a 3 extra youth/week limit.

It would be interesting to know wich managers are pulling extra youth, as far as i know it's not illegal.... but they seem to hide their actions, are they ashamed maybe?

The great part hides this action, probably because they know that it is a lack of sportiness, but some of them seems to be proud of it.  ::)
