asking all VG academy club managers plz share how is your average PR in all ur 8 intakes? my team got all standard 2 or 3 only, wtf?

This is my THIRD season without receiving a single LA7 PR4 player, i love this game

That why I don't promote . I will wait till I can see LA nad PR. As I said a few times, now we have to buy stars. It will be very hard to get one from own acaemy.

the old youth players percentage that you receive by selling is bigger also

this can't be possible. A lot of money invested for receive this???. And the players that has been deleted that were prepared for promote today, in my case 2 MCs???

I believe the reason why the PR of the youth players is so low is because we are in the 8th season and the training facilities are better than in the first seasons. but why the LA is smaler than we considere it should be remains a mistery $:-\$

I think they're still trying to get a fair balance to the game, in the way i look at it, CA7 players will be something normal, CA8 will be barely fit to NT standarts and CA9+ will be really good players, and those will be really hard to get from now on, no matter how high is your academy level.

Last season, high PR players were an usual thing (i saw many PR6 players), it seems they re-balanced it again.

Admin must be out of his mind!!!!!!
Last season, reduce Youth‘s LA, this season reduce Youth’s PR.

If this situation continues, no new managers will join and more and more existent managers are leaving

all this things can be avoid with better comunication. we need to know the long term strategy or at list midle term strategy of the developers. seems to me we always find out to late about features. like the youth camp now. we know almost nothing if worth investing money in it !
