I have a player (Defender) who's training is set to "Aerial". I observed now that he trained in Setpiece  (+0.07).
Is this (exceptionally) possible and meant to be as such or is this a bug?

It´s possible if the selected coach have his setpiece attribute higher than his aerial attribute

It's not a bug, it's normal. There's a minimum random effect in training. The only way it won't happen is using specific training.

Random outcome and coaches skills are not related.

And i'll repeat the answer, yes.... you won't get exactly the same bonus each day, even having the same training form.

My keeper (PR5) improved 0.19 yesterday, today he gained 0.13.... training facilities Good, same than you.

With a good training form you might get even more, who knows... if your training form goes bad, the bonus will be very low.

I have a player with PR 6, but he's not gaining what he should in matches... I played a cupmatch today and it says "-Cup => 6 times the number of progress rate star." he got "Arghezi Cezar Decisions  (+0.28)". It's like that in all matches, why?

when palyer has one skill training gi gives only 0,75% match training. If skill is over 15 for field player there is also some penalty
