Training bug?

One of my players didn't get any training yesterday.
He's 20yrs, CA 5 , LA 7 and PR 5, his training is set (heavy, coach set too) and the training report says "okay"
he isn't on the maximum of any skill yet.

he usually get's good improvements, but yesterday the report says "improved skills: none"...

I didn't know this was possible. Could it be a bug?

- When the 'current ability' of a player reaches his 'limited ability' or current ability >= 7, training has no effect in improvement. Only Appearances in matches help him improve his skills.

That rule is for outfield players.

Is he a GK?

Keepers stop improving from daily training when their CA reaches 5,4

yes he's a keeper. I didn't know they stop improving at 5,4
thanks for the info.

so his LA 7 isn''t really useful then? or does the limit only apply to GK training and he could still get daily training when I train other skills like aerial?

Don't worry, he will receiving normal match bonus, his LA is useful  :)

If his LA would be lower, his match bonus would be 0,02 or 0,03. Your player will keep receiving the same match bonus than before  8)
