Well, now that I'm finally NT manager, I started thinking, there's a shortlist for managers to put players they like, how about a shortlist for the NT manager to put players from his country that he's keeping an eye on. It would be possible to keep an eye on players by taking note of them somewhere, but it would be a bit easier and more efficient to be able to have them on a short list of some sort, no?
