[suggestion] automatic free release of unused players

If a player is not involved in at least 10% of competitive club matches in a season (friendlies and custom cup matches excluded), there should be a good (50-75%) chance the player will leave the team (on a free transfer), but at no cost to the club. This is how it happens in the rw btw

This should not apply to most youth (U20) players...only those with NT caps, which will put them on the market from Free Player
 :)
