i always use 4-4-2 formation, if i use 4-3-3 formation i'd never play well, lost ball position n' little chance to score in the game..

how to make 4-3-3 formation become strong??

Ive tried it a bunch of times, works well vs weak teams if u want high goal difference etc. I wouldnt advise you to use it vs experienced clubs tho

Basically you need strong midfield players for this with high passing skill at least.
Always enable counterattacking, the rest is depending on your and opponents team..

And dont set your forwards to attack more so they go back and help the midfield from time to time (all tho Im not sure if engine works like that here).

I'm pretty sure it does, though this depends on individual player aggression stat

OK Tanks, but what better strategy to use, whether to attack through the middle? wings? or mixed?

wich better about using the short passing or long passing?

OK, thats for Forwards.. How About 3 MC, stick to MC MC MC or ML MC MR? what strategies can support it?

It depends on your tactics more than anything

With 4-3-3 you need to committe to a single style of play. You can play wide combined with lots of crossing, this will be the best attacking option but the worst defensive option. You can play central combined with short passing, this will be the worst attacking option but the best defensive option.

Either way, you need two solid CB's, a solid CF and depending on tactics a solid CM or two solid ML/MR

this is not suitable as it depend on the rival formations and many other aspects
as advanced tactics and enough with only one to score many goals fc
This depends on the level, if high can save 3fc in that position
but more importantly in formations for me is to build arrivals.
if what achieve just one or two suffice to that convert

never put a 3 fc as to control the game, you need these opportunities and start from the middle in 3 situations
a pass is vital

I think it only works with this setup.

For the 4-3-3, you need a strong MC, MRL
But remember this ... In this game are the most important Team instructions.

If you play Zone marking, you need players who play well Zone marking (MRL,MC,DMC,DRL,DC).
If the opponent plays Zone marking, you need players who play well against zones marking (FC,AMRL,AMC,MRL,MC).

Similarly, if you play More Roaming, you need agile players who play well More Roaming. (FC,AMRL,AMC,MRL,MC).
If the opponent plays More Roaming, you need players who are well-defended against such modes of play.

....

So, this game is quite complex.
You have to make tactical and team instructions to his players.
But also, you have to predict how the opponent plays.
