Here is a list of our best young players (LA 9 minimum)
who needs to be full developed.
I didn't include some player because they are already 19 years old and they don't play in their team and/or have a very low PR (impossible to be developed in a reasonable time). Others have a low PR but are already at a good level of development (clever managers!) and we are on time to have them ready in less then a couple of season...
I consider that all active portuguese manager who cares about OUR project, should try to let them play or at least follow (shortlist) them in order to buy if any of them should be put into transfer market list....
MESSAGE FOR THE NEXT NATIONAL MANAGER: The most developed of these player should play on next season with our MAIN NATIONAL TEAM. As already did Anjo with the U21 team, next season will have just friendly matches and the most important thing is our player's development, not winning a friendly match.
