I remember when the game was too young (season 2 or 3, can't remember) many active users were playing in lower level leagues, while top level leagues was filled with unnactive/bot teams, people requested to allocate active users in higher level leagues (request refused) and then people came with another suggestion: international leagues, admin also refused that suggestion.
Considering the big number of satellite clubs established in low competition leagues, i think that it wouldn't be a bad idea, at least we would probably have less satellite teams playing international competitions, and farming players would be a little harder for them (wich would make the global competition fairer), so why not?
