You don't need to ask admin about it and you don't need to double/triple post asking it, just ask in the right place and be patient... everybody knows that if a NT manager is banned, nobody will take his place, that country will keep his banned manager until his 2 season process ends.
The NT will keep the previously set tactics and player list
