After a long discussion and democratic vote, a
majority agreement made the top league results purely merit-based.
THIS MEANS MOTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN TOP LEVEL LEAGUE MATCHES. The only exception will be playing mots against any team that either:
(1) is on the mots target list
(2) has won the league in the previous two (2) seasons.
If you have unused MOTS after being knocked out of the cup competition, please use them against any of these teams. Do not feel compelled to use your MOTS in this way, but be aware you will not appear on the list for using your MOTS against them while they are on the list.
Teams will be removed from this list on the date indicated if, and only if, the team refrains from using mots in future top level league matches, except against other teams on this list. No team will appear on this list for using mots in cup matches.
