this is a few suggestion from me..

1) Add swap transfer option ( + this 1 i think not possible because it will help cheater a lot in thier work )

2) Add loan transfer ( + this will help player that hard to get in 1st team to gain EXP )

3) Manager can set thier youth player name when promoting them from academy

4) Player got special ability such as :
"long range shooter , freekick specialist , corner kick specialist , penalty saver , one-on-one finisher/stoper "
5) Player can learn new position

anyway , GKO is the best!!

And here again, a cheater can use a secong team to farm their young players.... cheaters, everywhere

I really like that, but i'm not sure if possible, the game has a name/surname database, player's names are choosen randomly

You can train a player to be specialist in something, you just need to know how things works and have good facilities to focus your training.

Personnaly I would make the game a lot faster...
4 months for a season is too long... it means to wait 3 years in real life to have a youth become mature, that's just crazy...

I would divide the number or team by 2 in a league, and have 3 matchs a week ( and accelerate/tune all the parameter of the game accordingly, like training / injuries / money etc )

I think it would be easier if manager can set their player NICKNAME. So the database just need to set one more variable and set default value NULL. When player transfer another club, system automatically set NICKNAME blank.

owh yeah.. just like other games , in certain days like chinese new year , christmas and other important date..
they will make an event , player musk complete task in the event period..
in the end of the event , players that success to complete thier task will recieve a reward..
it will be more interesting and make user to active more if GKO team can create an event
mu suggestion for the price is ( cash or young player with random estimate value that >=200k )

How about we make a new tab "Speciality" of each player and add a nice icon

like when player have finish 16 and off the ball 16 will get medal "1 on 1 shooter"
