I propose for WCC that we can remove the previous phase where 87,5% of participating teams goes out of wcc and substitute it with 26 groups of 8 teams where only 2 teams (or 3, 4, ...) should pass to the next knoctout rounds (it just an example, it's not calculated), that makes that each team would play at least 7 matches in wcc, because I considere really frustrating thing to win a place for wcc playing hard during all a season and be knocked out in the first or second match.
