thanks for replay CarlosT, can there be done something to sort this thing,i mean whole representation can suffer cause of one player,this is just extreme case but he can intentionaly pick worst players, wrong tactics, put attacker as defenders, or simply the active managers are not satisfied of results of national team,
according me,one way to solve this matter is:
-adding resign option to national team managers, and manager with 2nd most votes in last elections take his place.
-one year after elections only top league players to can vote trust of national manager, if out of 16 players 9 vote against there to be another elections, this would happen immediately at end of season.
Anyone thoughts or sugestions to simplify and make easier change of national team managers are welcome if nothing else for sake of a nice chat:)
