Effect of trainer on a +CA7 player?

This has probably been asked before.

But if a player is let's say LA9 and CA8, does it matter if he still has a coach assigned to him?
I know players who are CA7 or more only get training from matches, but do they receive more training in a match if they still have a coach? Or can I just stop assigning a coach to that player?

You can stop. Coach does not affect at all after player reaches CA7. In matches, he gets 8xPR with or without coach.

When a player arrives to CA7 (GK CA5'5) coach is unusefull for him, so you can use the place of that coach for another player under CA7. In this way you will not need so much coaches, decreasing week wages.

Another thing to do when a player arrives to CA7 (on GK to CA5'5) is change training to ligth, in this way you will reduce his nigth injuries to none.

  I have a theory that leaving them on hard or very hard training will have some benefit for players if you don't fear the injury factor. Every so often, you will have a great training session and will get some training.. Is it worth it? More research is needed before I can come to that conclusion.
