Premium Users: Values of team tactic UPM OPM.... HELP!!!

I was trying a formation and found out this. 

So i have a player.... MC (playing in MC position) with UPM 65

i change this player and put a DC (playing in DC position) but he also has UPM 65. 

The total value of UPM does not remain the same but it gets smaller..... from 420... it becomes 399.  I dont understand this. 

What is happening? Do i have something wrong in my team?

DCs are colored red in UPM tactic, it means that his UPM value is only considered at 50% of its real value.
When a player is colored yellow, its considered at 80%
And if he is colored at green, it is considered at 100%

Each position has pros and cons

I feel hi upm player should be dl dr fl fr dmc but for dc 65 is hi for me

the number is not important my friend. 

if you are happy with big numbers than it means you did not understand how the game works.

I don't agree. High numbers is what the game is all about, as for dc with 65 inn upm, yes It's not the most important skill but team-total UPM is cumulative of all players, with different wheighting ofcourse.

i do not agree...

i have player.... ca6/la8 with big numbers in team report but his experience is only 1 star.... he does not play good.  his average rating is just above 6. 

then i have player ca6 with smaller numbers in team report but plays much better because of higher experience.  experience is very important.

that is why i said numbers are not important. 

And another thing... to attack player must have OPM high..... so UPM must mean to defend in a way.  What do you think?
