Nice speech, Andy, just one thing to say. My oponent today is out of national cup and absolutely out of competition in league, also he has 1 MotS left, and he knew my MotS might be coming. Now he is the victim?

Under my perspective, he was willing to play MotS against me, because using it somewhere else would be pointless, he never tried to contact me or something and his previous behaviour spoke badly of him. Before the match started i posted clearly, i don't know what he was willing to do, but i wasn't willing to lose, not against him. Still, i played easy tackling today without any clue about his plans, now those "match fixers" are the victims of the whole situation? I used one mots in WCC after 12 seasons playing and i am the bad guy here? Sorry but i dissagree with you.

Guys, calm down. They don't think if did someting wrong before and today games was only another ones in WCC for them. As far I know Targówek know he can't win whole WCC and because of that didn't used MOTS today. Mariusz is ill and in a hospital and couldn't restore condition for today's game so he decided to gave up and focus on league game. He has problem there with internet conection. As I said before this case took to many place cause is pretty small.

So probably Ruta has said it all. I will only add: Carlos, I have no desire to put you on trial, we all know you are honrable and as Ruta explained no harm has been done in any case. Its a shame you played your MOTS today, because I would love to see you using them in the last two games of this competition to become only the 2nd two-time winner and the first non-premium winner in the premium era. And what has it achieved? I am sure Mariuz and Saramizobal were already proud of their achievement of making it past the group stage they would had no aspirations to win the cup. Their victors both had outside chance of going all the way until these games and now with no MOTS they have no chance. what is the point?

And so the topic should change once more to MOTS. I didnt used to mind them so much but they are so open to abuse:- they must go!

Everyone has enjoyed moralising in this topic so here are my guidelines to using MOTS:

Only use them to help your team
Never, use them to hurt a fellow GKO player just because you dont like them or are fed up with them winning
Never, use them to help a 3rd team...

If this is considered "match fixing" deserving punishment then it seems many uses of mots can also be considered match fixing, such as ANY TIME THEIR USE IS NOT NEEDED to significantly change the team's situation. This includes situations where a team is mathematically relegated, or mathematically unable to change their league position. But do these teams get punished? Of course they do not.

IMHO the only reason mots should be kept in the game is if mots can only be used in knockout rounds This means no mots in league and WCL group stage matches. Probably WCL qualification as well.

If a majority of teams in a league want to implement a no-mots league, then I disagree. When a minority of teams refuse to follow the majority, then it can and should use it's power of numbers to target those who would undermine the will of the majority, either forcing them to accept the no-mots provision, or forcing them out of the league through mots targeting.
