I thini that H2H should be added, bit not as first option in WCC/WC games, the reason is simple: group stages are "short" and i think they must be always played with a strong squad, what's the.point to allowing to go through to somebody who played full strenght only 2 matches? Hunger for score and win must be praised.
If goal difference between 2 teams is same, H2H might be a good point.
In league, things are different, competition is long and you can't play full strenght 24/7, so using H2H as first option might be a good idea.
That's the way i look at it, but let's be honest.... I don't think somebody is listening.
