Please make seasons shorter, I am more and more inactiv in this game because I would not wait 3 real years to see my youths becoming senior...
Less team per league or more league match per week, or both... but today this is just too long

If GKO has a good thing, this is to have 16 teams by league.

between 16 and 32y old player, it's 4 years IRL, sorry but it sounds just crazy.
who will wait 20y IRL to play GKO in order to have several training cycle ? LOL

I like very much this game's pace, as much we can play another league macht by week, but there are enough matchs by week, even when an hypothetycal youth league or B team can be created.

it's not an opinion, it's just fact : waiting 4 year IRL to have a player retiring is just a joke. We are taking about a game, we are supposed to experiment different cycle in this game before beeing dead in real life.

Right now I do not connect very often, I do not see the point anymore to connect every 8 hours to spend my energy, no fun at all.
Game is nice , but since delay is so long, better to connect one time very month and see what happend...

Yes, you are right... it is a fact it would take that long for a youth player to come up through the ranks all the way to retirement... it does seem a bit crazy imo

But i think that is a seperate issue to what many like, which is the slower pace of the time between matches.

Personally i prefer a match a day format, however i play many other online games so this pace suits me for this particular game

so reduce the number of team in a league, to make the season shorter ( and boost training / injury pace accordingly .. )
There are ways to accelerate the game and keep the same match rythm..

Of course some users are satisfied with the current system, but the fact that I am losing interest in the game because of that when I was one of the most motivated at start should be considered as an alert... People may give up if they discover that they would reach the top division in their country in 2017.

Here's how the pace could be increased with little overall impact on the game:

League matches every 2 days (3-4/week) with condition replenishment rate increased to like 5%/day, but no changes to condition losses per match. This would make the season last just 60 days

Here is how a given player would be affected over 9 sample days playing 90 minutes in each match:
1 League Match 100%...90%
2 rest 95%
3 League Match 100%...90%
4 95%
5 LM 100%...90%
6 Cup/friendly 95%...87%
7 LM (rest) 92%
8 97%
9 LM 100%...90%
...and so on

Weekly condition changes (league & cup/friendly only)
Current system: 28% loss 21% recovery.....7% deficit
My proposal (avg.): 43% loss 35% recovery.....8% deficit

Players on bot teams would lose more condition than at current, but by only 2%/7 league matches (2 weeks)

I have to agree that the pace of the game is too slow atm..
Some clubs have been actively playing for like 5-6+ months so their club from D-league gets to lets say B-league and then some other "lucky" person gets assigned directly to B.. how would that make u feel seriously?
If each season was a month or two it wouldnt be that much of a lost but right now its just too much
