What do you think about the U-21 team can play friendlies or a reserve league? This could do that young players are better.

Youth Player team can be the reserve club. So the young players can begin to do experience ; )

I think that should be U-19 team, not U-21 because players at age 20 or 21 should be in the First team already or in reserves.
Admin, do you considering about competitions like Europe Champions League and Europa League in the future or World Champions League, and when National teams becomes available, something like World Cup etc. Offcource, the Competitions will have different names then in real life.

I prefer U21 team... Maybe you can move the players in First team when you need them.
