Do you need me to put them back to Finishing, or can you work it out? Croft, for one, with Finishing or Long Shots used to come up with different Skill Increases, according to the Training Report.

I have stopped using "Specialised" Training, except for 3 or 4 players.

I have gone back to "Shooting" instead of Finishing or Long Shots, for example. Is this supposed to only train those skills ?

Wow that's strange.... you've Good training facilities right (level 4, no penalties selecting specific training)?

What do you mean by penalties? The Training Facilities are Good, although Fitness Centre is one below, but I am not specialising in Fitness Training.

Academy is different to Coach, yes.

The Academy gives the players, and the Coaches coach them (It is worth the 100k to get better ones, although I have sacked a few to get in other ones, including sacking two in one night, but the new one is very good.)

I have a few in Specialised Training, and they are going up in other areas in the Report - Aggression instead of Speed, Heading instead of Attack (general) Acceleration instead of Finishing etc.

Is this normal?

The Transfer Market is a good indicator, with nearly all the players being from Thailand, although it is changing slowly (but the Managers could be from Thailand).

I think you will find that teams where the Manager has not logged in since February (like one in England B-2) will benefit from having "picked" the same team and formation for months.

The more I think about it the less I understand the "National" Leagues". The percentage of actual players, who actually live in the Country that they are supposed to be in must be very small, except for Thailand, I guess. Just start a new pyramid with only "real" teams?

Are these going to be cleaned out in the close season?

I think I am one of very few active managers actually in England in England B-2 - I am sure there must be some active managers in lower Divisions. If I had had a look at the other manager's lack of activity (or were computer teams) then I would probably have won more games

I wouldn't mind if the Leagues were joined together, and forget the National Leagues; as I would rather be playing against real managers...............

Is it only me that can not access the website when trying to make a transfer?

I find a player, scout him, see there are other bids, so I wait until near the deadline to make a bid and pfut! The website is not accessible. Gateway fault etc, then as is by magic it starts working a few minutes after the deadline.
