Both morale and exp has su bleeps. If you want to compare players you need to know when they got pop in exp and do it when season stashed all player have same morale. From my experience morale has a huge influence on level.
Back to topic , there was info from administration that weight doesn't matter. It was a lot time age but we all know that in this game na think change from ages haha hah. Only staff is worse and connection to date base

I know some good players from YC but they started at 1,9/10/4 and 17,5 y old. When they come at 1,5/10/4 and 17,99 y old they are really crap.
BTW. In 10 seasons I got 1x LA 9 and 1x LA 10 from the best academy and change youth in academy for 1-1,5 mln each seasons. So 25 mln for 2 seasons on YC is huge but to get good rookie in GKO costs a lot this day
Looks like the best way is buy 17y 3/10/3 for 4 mln so its pretty easy

Try to erase history and cache on browsers, then restart your computer, if the problem is not solved, check your network connection......not only his browser. My friend has same problem. TOR works only for him

I gave up with exchange rookies this season. Paid 900 k for 3 new but imiedietly promoted 7 players .3 Under 17 will stay for reports, one at age 19 was fired. And I got la 7 max. So it is really small and smaller chance to get decent player from academy. Anyway this doesen' t angry me much. Whole Gko dosen't angry me much this days. I just gave up with ideas that will be better here. So we have what we have and na chance for change. .........IMHO the end is much possible then change
