If we have paid xent to 20,000,000m for build our bets academy and we are already paying 30,000 each week?, why we must pay again big amounts of money for get good players?.

do you mean that we must compete between us in each country making the biggest invest for reach the best youths?.

can I get a good player from my current academy withouth invest in camps?.

why all players received this season from academies are really bads?, perhaps you should eliminate all received players and give us again players with a real level and not this horrible players.

pls answer me if I'm wrong.
My under standing if investment of  youth camp that we selected is very high and I put total investment around 10-15 million  for keep top five of ranking. Youth player opportunity that we will receive is better than the best academy  or same ?.

Assume, if i want bid at least

100 g for his value
+ 800 g for wage
+ 30 x 800 g for Signing on fee

That mean I must pay 24,500 g !!!!

This is over unrealistic price.

That's why the signing on fee is better if we take salary difference x 30. That means next regarding to your example:
Asking price: 100 g
Asking wage: 800 g

You offer:
Transfer fee: 100 g
Wage: 900 g

Price will be: 100+(900-800)x30=3100 g, which is not too high.

But if you offer hudge wage like 10000 g, then final price will be:
100+(10000-800)x30=276100 g

That rule will definitely prevent absurdly high wages.

But if the rule stays wage x 30, it will be impossible to by players with naturally high wages, which means it will be impossible to by players with high CA!

Your idea is very good  , 

[Signing On Fee = 30 x Wage.] this formular  is not balance for new user , we difficult to upgrade team with old player( high ability, skill and price very cheap) in market and this rule is decreased user motivation

1000 *30 = 30,000      >> 2,000 *30 = 60,000     >> 3,000 *30 = 90,000

10000 *30 = 300,000  >> 20,000 *30 = 600,000 >> 30,000 *30 = 900,000 >> 40,000 *30 = 1,200,000
