We will close down server for maintenance and new season update  on 12 and 13 November.
On that date website may not be accessible.

Saturday the 12th November we'll be down at around 14 server time and Sunday the 13th at about the 8 o'clock server time we'll be up and the new season will be begun. The first round of the league will be the 23rd of the month of November.

Soon it will be Xmas and in a large part of the world people will make gift each other. Why don't you make a gift to the communty and do something even easy like updating the user's manual?

He's 8/12/3 at the half of his 21, soon he will be 22 and his PR will become 2 for a year then will drop to 1 forever.

I think the answer is no. He will not even reach the CA10 before the lower limit of the PR so no chance for him.
He's also low on experience for his age.

Maybe the NT coach will think it differently but I don't think so.

Best academy is still better than vg, but only a little bit. Got LA 10 AMC myself this season. This is second time i have LA 10 player from academy. And i have best aca for a looooooong time.

Except that the upgrade costs 10millions G and the upkeep is doubled.

In my league a VG accademy draw a LA11 and meanwhile the teams with The Best draw nothing more than LA8. I draw just a couple of LA7.

The server will be down in july too on saturday the 2nd at about 14:00 (server time) and will be up again on sunday the 3rd at about the 8:00 (server time). If you want to upgrade some facilities you should be prepared to terminate them before that date.

Thank you admin, it isn't small thing to break the server (so early).

I didn't fully understood you.

I am not the Admin. I am simply an italian user, one of the first users of this game.

I deeply studied the game and I understood how the season pause works so every season I make an announcement about the server down that sign the season end and the new season start.

If SPAM was the Admin, it would be a better game, i am sure

Il server dovrebbe andare down il 2 luglio alle 16:00 circa ed essere di nuovo online il 3 alle 8:00 circa e questo dovrebbe segnare l'inizio della stagione 17 con le giovanili cariche di nuovi talenti e di giovani promesse.

Il primo turno di campionato dovrebbe essere il 13 luglio.

Se dovete programmare upgrade delle strutture tenetene conto.

Messa alle spalle la stagione delle amichevoli tra circa 30 giorni inizierà la stagione del mondiale.

Spero che la gestione di Manu prenda una deriva più social sul piano della comunicazione (non sto parlando ne intendo farlo sul piano delle convocazione, degli schieramenti e delle tattiche).

I'm on 2 seasons with the best academy and my best pull was an LA 8.

Really few teams are drawing good player with the best accademy.

Invest LOTS of money in token to pull extra youth each week and getting their reports inmediately.

Searching extra youth using G and waiting 5-8 weeks to get a report is a waste of time and resources right now.

First of all you're talking about spending real money for a game, almost like a slot machine.

Second if you promote youngster then you'll have to train them.

Promotion of players requires a very expansive accademy and that's not quick/easy for a new team finding almost 20 millions for having a the best accademy before spending a lot of real money 40/60 € each season.

Third if you have youngster then you'll have to train them and you'll need training facilities. It's not quick/easy for a new team finding more than 20 millions for having a very good training ground and fitness facility.

Fourth you should need more expansive trainer (at least a 700 thousands G each if not a 120 credits).

After all of this you could find that your budget will drop in an heavy way.

No. A new team can't do all of this things.

A new team needs a lot of seasons for all of this, meanwhile it could be better investing G in medium aged and experienced players for not being beated in every match.

Ps: with an accademy at "the best" level a lot of team isn't finding the talented player they're looking for.

Could you tell us how we can succeed in current GKO if most of us can not succeed throuth the academy, thanks!

In this moment you can find a lot of medium-high level players for peanuts.

If you have a new team I think the way of the market is the best way for having a bit of success.
There's no way to rule over big league at easy in no way but you could find more success with no accademy that's the longer way and the less cheap.
