After I saw the result from several manager, Please vote for Regnosen. Give me only once time?
If I can't pass world cup qualify, I will not apply for manager again.

Normally player will be unhappy when have last year contract but my player is don't show it and I send him to loan already. 
How to renew his contract?

I usually don't bother changing training category before matches, they'll get there eventually anyway

Are you sure about the mental training? It seems a bit strange that this shouldn't affect LA in any way. Why don't everybody just max out the mental skills first and then go for the others?

I'm not sure about mental is no deduct from Limited Ability but I'm sure the value no up by mental and about Why don't everybody just max out the mental skills first and then go for the others?
Because we need skill for play first and don't know when we can up to full rate. We have limit time to decrease progress rate, injure sometime and mental is random skills (Aggression,Determination and Influence) so train mental nearly to full rate when we can sure to up max rate is better.

For everyone
Training is separate Fitness center (Acceleration,Agility,Balance,Jumping,Pace,Stamina,Strength) and Training Facilities (Set Pieces,Crossing,Dribbling,Finishing,Heading,Long shots,Marking,Passing,Tackling,Technique,Aggression,Creativity,Decisions,Determination,Influence,Positioning,Off the ball,Teamwork,Handling   ,Reflex,Kicking,One on ones,Rushing out,Aerial ability)
So 1. I suggest you should upgrade Training Facilities minimum level 4 cause it's cover many skills. On match date change to train fitness because it's count from match play*Progress rate.
    2. If you set Specific Skill... when you play match, you will get 75% from match play. If you want more, you must set random skill (Default,Attacking,defending and etc.)
    3. If you want to train mental (Aggression,Determination and Influence), you should train when your player nearly to full rate but you can't train when you max rate because you will get 0.02 or 0.03 when your rate was full. **when mental is up, the value player is no up so I think it's free point, no deduct from Limited Ability but I'm not sure and you must use long time for it**

Valerenga Oslo is crisis.  My plan is destroy by Chinese Manager. I try to use trick buy FC and DML then build my training but it's not work after I got News. 
I scout the wage is not over 5,000 before end 45 sec. so I give 15,000 for make sure about my plan before end 25 sec. but it's my bad luck when he give the wage 35,294. 

So I will survive and not relegate for this season.

If you not log in like that, it's OK because you no have over transfer or wage and someone send your case.

Now, we and admin try to make new system or policy for make the game better but every system have weak, if you try to cheat.
Why we not try to clear and delete the cause?
It's still have somebody create several or many team and try to cheat or annoy another team by over wage.
How to know it's reserve of someone?
1. Log in time, if you play this game, you must log in at least two per week for check your team. If they not log in long time, we must think it's reserve team and go to 2. next step.
2. Transfer player, if you play this game, you must knew and learn about game. If you play one team or several team by premium, you wanna make your team crisis by over transfer or wage? We must think it's reserve team and delete it.
Delete is good or not?
In my opinion, same I told you before "Every system have weak". The weak is may be make some country can't choose Nation Manager cause low user and we will get annoy message from cheater but the merit is more, 1 delete team of cheater 2 if you don't cheater, it's opportunity for make new team after you knew this game.

Please considerate and decide this topic. Thank you so much.

Ahhh, I agree with you for train youth because it's friendly match but I don't agree with you to train youth now.
I think you must find first team then you train youth because high CA or value is not necessary to play good form.

First, you must find team for next year. After that, up to your style.

Yes, friend but I think we should have to tell him when he did something wrong.
I think we loss because he try to train youth from Brummington 2 players (Kai Walterson Estimated value : 216,999 G and Henrik Hermanson Estimated value : 286,666 G )
National team is not training camp.

Well well well, 3 games into the season, not a single goal scored and I also conceed a late goal from Brummington in tonights game... I really start the hate this game and its unrealistic turn of events. Thinking about quiting, 'cause there isn't much fun continuing playing a game like this.

     Hi, friend. You don't worry when you play with Brummington. He's look like Rosenberg's era have always win and champ because he have big name player(CA6-7up) and wonder kids LA8-10. I try to decrease gap between him and me by academy but it's not work. My very good get highest LA6 player  but he's get  LA9-10 player. Only one I can compete with him, I must buy big name player or wonder kid but I no have money now.

     I thing about 1.5-2M and compete by wage.

     Nice to meet you, I'm Regnosen. After I knew result of national team in world cup, it's make me unhappy because we can't pass BOT(Team is no have manager) so I would like to know it's difficult really? and I wanna bring honor to Norway.

I'm not use mots. It's my fault then make Velerenga Oslo loss semifinal cup and money 750,000 G but it's show me, my team not good enough. 
I will come back and better for next season.
