Really? I have MC 8-10 age 18 and GK 7-9 age 17 then I choose last quota for MC because I think age 17 not move out next season. If I knew, I choose GK is better.

First time, I read from admin post about academy system and I remember 16,17 still stay in academy next season but somebody tell me only 16 will stay.   

If admin post not clear, I need respond from admin cause my quota was full so I'm keep player age 17 for next season. 

Someone can find link for me?
Can you answer and clear my problem?

เท่าที่ลองยิ่ง LA มากๆ ความคลาดเคลื่อนยิ่งเพิ่ม เพราะมันไม่เห็นเศษทศนิยม แต่ผมถือว่าดีมากครับเปนไกด์ไลน์ให้เราลองใส่พลังได้ ตามความคิดผมน่าจะเผื่อความคลาดเคลื่อนไว้ 0.3 เช่น LA9 เราก้อใส่พลังแค่8.7 ว่าพลังน่าจะประมาณไหน ถ้าในเกมจริงๆอัพต่อได้ค่อยอัพ

Trick for full player : Try to train player and get Good training form, you will get point same play match. If you afraid injure player, you can train when end of season or no train. 
P.S. ***I'm sure about mental is no deduct from Limited Ability because I was trained my player.***

I've done some "research" on the mental bit and I've trained a player who was a 3/7/3 to have 20 in influence and aggression, and 14 in determination. The player hasn't risen in CA, but his value has gone up. Though the value with each mental point is alot less than for all other skills so my guess is that the player do rise in CA, but alot slower than for other skills.

Yes, so we should to train skill for play before train mental. (It's great for PR 5-8)

So its kind of a lottery? If he gets good traning on matchday, he will get normal (as if he hasnt reach limit) training from the match?

Yes, Lotto. Normally my full player get 0.02 from match play but today get point 0.04 from training good form. (I training jump, it's 12 now)

***Very Heavy : It is risky that the chosen player will get injured (depending on his prone of injury status). The chance of getting bad and good training result are  0% and 30% respectively.***
