Need help ? / Forgot to renew contract :(

Normally player will be unhappy when have last year contract but my player is don't show it and I send him to loan already. 
How to renew his contract?

For everyone
Training is separate Fitness center (Acceleration,Agility,Balance,Jumping,Pace,Stamina,Strength) and Training Facilities (Set Pieces,Crossing,Dribbling,Finishing,Heading,Long shots,Marking,Passing,Tackling,Technique,Aggression,Creativity,Decisions,Determination,Influence,Positioning,Off the ball,Teamwork,Handling   ,Reflex,Kicking,One on ones,Rushing out,Aerial ability)
So 1. I suggest you should upgrade Training Facilities minimum level 4 cause it's cover many skills. On match date change to train fitness because it's count from match play*Progress rate.
    2. If you set Specific Skill... when you play match, you will get 75% from match play. If you want more, you must set random skill (Default,Attacking,defending and etc.)
    3. If you want to train mental (Aggression,Determination and Influence), you should train when your player nearly to full rate but you can't train when you max rate because you will get 0.02 or 0.03 when your rate was full. **when mental is up, the value player is no up so I think it's free point, no deduct from Limited Ability but I'm not sure and you must use long time for it**

Suggestions/Bugs / [Suggestions]Admin must delete reserve team.

Now, we and admin try to make new system or policy for make the game better but every system have weak, if you try to cheat.
Why we not try to clear and delete the cause?
It's still have somebody create several or many team and try to cheat or annoy another team by over wage.
How to know it's reserve of someone?
1. Log in time, if you play this game, you must log in at least two per week for check your team. If they not log in long time, we must think it's reserve team and go to 2. next step.
2. Transfer player, if you play this game, you must knew and learn about game. If you play one team or several team by premium, you wanna make your team crisis by over transfer or wage? We must think it's reserve team and delete it.
Delete is good or not?
In my opinion, same I told you before "Every system have weak". The weak is may be make some country can't choose Nation Manager cause low user and we will get annoy message from cheater but the merit is more, 1 delete team of cheater 2 if you don't cheater, it's opportunity for make new team after you knew this game.

Please considerate and decide this topic. Thank you so much.

1.Player promote from academy should get 85% from transfer because they come from our facility. Not come from market.
2.Premium account should get free youth camp 2-3 camps because somebody buy premium for promote player from small country or nobody play, it's easy for play in nation team if you get good player.

Suggestions/Bugs / Make Retire Vote for National Manager or U-21

I saw several national manager choose their player play in national team for training.   
They're not play for national so I think admin should make Retire Vote for that manager and we have new election again.   
Let's bot control team if have match while we're not get result.
I think we could vote over 80-90 % from all user in their country.
