Admin ,

how about you add one more facilities just for increase players condition.
not every team have enough good  player to rotate his player to maintain thier condition.
anyway this is just suggestion , GKO staff already did thier best for make this game interesting

owh yeah.. just like other games , in certain days like chinese new year , christmas and other important date..
they will make an event , player musk complete task in the event period..
in the end of the event , players that success to complete thier task will recieve a reward..
it will be more interesting and make user to active more if GKO team can create an event 
mu suggestion for the price is ( cash or young player with random estimate value  that >=200k )

this is a few suggestion from me..

1) Add swap transfer option ( + this 1 i think not possible because it will help cheater a lot in thier work ) 
2) Add loan transfer ( + this will help player that hard to get in 1st team to gain EXP ) 
3) Manager can set thier youth player name when promoting them from academy 
4) Player got special ability such as :
     "long range shooter , freekick specialist , corner kick specialist , penalty saver , one-on-one finisher/stoper "
5) Player can learn new position 

anyway , GKO is the best!!
