Suggestions/Bugs / [Suggestion] Custom Cup Category in Team Overviews

My point is very simple, when we see our club's profile (http://www.gokickoff.com/team_overviews.php) there are 2 trophies category available: Major and Minor. Now.... Custom cups shouldn't be considered a minor trophy IMHO, they should have a different category, because nobody takes a custom cup so seriously as a league.

I have noticed that, custom cups already removed my D level trophy:



As you can see, i won in D, C and B level....



Now..... most of those Custom Trophies does't mean anything, most people use youth and substitutes there, but even a D level trophy meant a lot of work, months playing at full strenght, people made a huge effort to get them, now.... why would they be replaced with cups used as training only? Please, create a different category to place Custom Cups there, more than one user should apreciate that.

Suggestions/Bugs / [Bug?] Player list is not displayed properly

Today i found this issue, i can't see properly displayed each menu that contains a player list.

TEAM => Players: Player's value seems incomplete.
TEAM => Training: Training shedule button isn't properly displayed.
TEAM => Tactics: I can't see my player's average rating.

I already tried to resize each column, but when i reload those pages the proble happens again.
I haven't this isuue yesterday and i haven't updated my webbrowser, so i'm convinced it's not something new in web browser.

I'm using Google Chrome v19.0.1084.46, my screen resolution is 1024x768.
I tried with other web browsers (Mozilla firefox) and everything seems normal, but honestly, once i used chrome, i never wanted to use firefox again, it would be great if it could be fixed.

Need help ? / 2 questions about keepers

First of all..... what is kicking ability for? Does improve possession or something? Game manual doesn't say a word about it, and i have never seen (or translated) a single play related to a goal kick, so, what is it for?

Secondly..... does playing style affect something on keepers? Does offensive (and good passing/kicking maybe) affect possession? Does defensive reduces the chance to receive a long distance goal maybe and increase a one on one goal chance? Honestly, i don't know why we can change it, so it would be interesting to know if i should change something.

I do understand that people have his right to post his players ads in chat room, but the situation aready gone out of control.

Yesterday, while argentinian managers were chatting during their matches, a moron appeared to post his "message". And yes, i am not willing to show any respect to him, he's aware about rules, i sent him private messages more than one time, but it seems he undersand english only when he wants to write, his brain is write-only locked.....

To be clear, i was NOT there, i received this pics from a manager that was there (everybody were pissed), i get there later, and the last one message was still remain (i will post image url, else, it would be too big):

Now, i know you will not take actions against him, everything will end in a warning, as always, he is a premium user after all, and everybody knows that, but it's time to let other people enjoy the game.

When somebody purchases a premium account, he get some in-game beneficts, but he shouldn't get rights over normal users, he's not over the others, and we must respect eachother,people like that show no respect at all.
It was an argentinian premium user there... does he have some "special rights" too? Think about it...... community is a very important thing here, things like this only destroy them..... and a mmo game without community is a game without future.
In some online managers (the most important) spamming in chat room= ban, it doesn't matter how much money you invested, since posting player ads is permitted, stop flodding at least for god's sake!

I know you said that the dev team is preparing some tools to moderate chat room, but the problem didn't start yesterday, this is a very long issue, and people's patience has an end too...... if you don't have them ready, please do not let foreign managers enter local room until you fishinh it, because right now there's no way to control anything.

And finally, if things are going to end in the way i believe they will, remove the Spamming and chatting local language in other countries are prohibited !!!! message, or at least the "AND WE MEAN IT." part, else, this is not serious.

Admin, please, let the gaming experience to be fair and enjoyable to every gko user......

Need help ? / Is there a red card limit?

Last saturday, a friend had 2 playrs sent off, in argentinian chat room we discuss about our matches when they are still in progress, when somebody came with the subject. Is there a red card limit?

In real life, you can't play having less than 7 players in the ground (fifth player sent off, and you lose the match 3-0), so.... what happens in GKO?

Need help ? / Some questions about premium features

Admin, i have some doubts about team report and loan feature, could you please give me some answers?

About "Team Report" feature, as far as i know, the only value that changes dinamically is "Level".

* If a player reduces/increases his morale, his level can be increased or reduced.
* When a player is placed in a position he's not fully adapted, it reduces, so it affects too.
* When you finish a match, and your player's condition is below 92% it reduces, wich means that condition also affect it.
* I have loaned out a player, and when he went to the other team, his level reduced, wich means adaptation to the team also affect it.

Now, i have 2 questions about it:

1 - I believe i know its anwser, but i want to be sure.... does experience increases their level?
2 - Does height affect his level? As far as i know, at least it affect a keeper's performance, is that reflected there too?

And finally... if other values (such as UZM) doesn't change dinamically (as level does) why are they shown in a range in the "Analysis" tab, in a player's profile? If you can get an absolute value going to team report, why do you put there in a range? To get an absolute value, you have to put a player in the starting 11, save the tactic and go to team report.... it should be more simple IMHO.

And finally, about "Player Loan" feature: I have loaned out 2 players, one of them was fully adapted to my team, the other were a player that i bought 2 days before, of course, he wasn't adapted to my team when i loaned him. Now, what will happen to them?

Will my previously fully adapted player return to my team adapted, or will need to start over?
Will my bought (inmediately loaned) player return needing to start his adaptation from zero or will his days as a player owned on my team (playing in other squad) count?

I hope you can give me some answers, thanks in advice

Admin, my request is very simple, i need to ask you to delay NT list at least a couple of hours..... things was quite easy last season, you only had to choose players that didin't receive an injury on monday's friendlies, but this season things got more complicated, you'll see:

* Players can be injured on daily training, so you have to wait (at least) until training gets update early tuesday.... i don't have a big issue here, training is updated about 22.00 (local time) so i can confirm a healthy list here.
* But the main problem is that custom cup matches are held on 12.00 (server time) and list must be delivered at 14.00 (server time).

Now, it's quite possible that somebody deliver a list with an injured player, specially in U-21 level, because people use those tournaments to let their youth improve. If a player receives an injury (even a 1 day injury) he'll be replaced early wednesday, you can't request people to be logged at 13.50 controlling if every player called is healthy.
Please, change the deadline, at least 2 hours later.

Admin, i woke up this morning, i wanted to see what my friends were talking about last night and this is what i found:




Even if i don't like spammers, i accept the fact they do they ads because it's allowed, but this is going too far..... people no longer respect 2 simple rules:

* No flooding
* Using local language in chat room is forbidden

Now, i believe it's time that people that people using chat room to "chat" have their rights respected too, it's not fair ask users to report a spammer, people don't even believe reporting is worth, it have been so many cheaters/spammers reported that lives free that people is tired of everything. Now, normal users have rights, you know? This "i forgive you" roulette must stop.
Argentinian managers begun to place ads in chat room, because they understood it's a lost war, they used only their chat room in peace, never were bothering in other countries with their "my best players for sale" messages, but things turned into this, flooding, and messages in any language, everyday, everynight, everytime......

Admin, it's time to think about something in this issue, and please do not come with the "report them to us" message, because honestly i don't believe you're going to ban somebody if you're forgiving cheaters all the time.

Admin, i know it has been suggested a lot of times, but this season i believe that positional training is a must have.
The chance to reduce our team's strenght (because injuries) has increased, in real life, is very common that managers make their players play outside their natural position, and some of them eventually becomes natural there, playing even better than his previous position.

Now, don't you think it's time to give us some chances to make our squads more flexible? Please, let us do positional training! Thanks in advice!

It happened to me yesterday, now again......

Today i played against club defensores del nebel, when i wanted to see some things about him, i couldn't, because current system show stats from the team that played at home against my last oponent..... how can i explain this?

club defensored del nebel played against Los Gurises FC last monday, but it were in Los Gurises Fc's stadium, so i saw stats from Los Gurises FC last 5 matches, but i couldn't see my next opponent stats!

Now it happens the same.... my next oponent is La T Cba, his last match were against los albos del imperio (today's match) but if i try to see my oponent's previous match (http://www.gokickoff.com/prem_next_ana.php?show_seq=1) i see los albos del imperio's stats, if i go to the previous one (http://www.gokickoff.com/prem_next_ana.php?show_seq=2) i see my next opponent stats, that played at home back then......

If i am not wrong, we should see next oponent stats, not the stats tha belong to the team that played at home against my next oponen, right?

If your club have been banned, DO NOT POST A COMPLAIN HERE, admin is the only person that can help you, forum moderators can not help you, they also might not be related (anybody can report a cheater) so try to fix it in private, posting here, you're only going to be hated by other users.

Before any complain.... did you read game rules? Here're GKO terms of service:

1. Gokickoff may terminate a user's account at any time if that user violates these rules.
(1-a) User may not register (or attempt to register) for more than one account.
(1-b) Letting other players use or borrow your account is strictly prohibited.
(1-c) Trade players with friends or acquaintances or players within the same LAN is strictly prohibit.
(1-d) Selling or buying unreasonably priced player.
(1-e) Any action that benefits any  other person expressly such as match-fixing.
(1-f) Any act that is considered unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable.

2. Punishment for abused users are as follows.
(2-a) Ban - An account is suspended indefinitely if it violates any rules in 1.
(2-b) Fees if you commit illegal selling. Penalty charge will be much more than the selling price.
(2-c) Money deduction for selling an overpriced player to keep the market price in balance.

* (2-c) is not considered as a penalty.

3. A user has the right to appeal against penalty (2-a). GM may choose a lower penalty such as (2-b) instead for minor offenses. However, you may not appeal against penalty (2-a) if you violates the rule for the second time.

4. A user has no right to appeal against penalty (2-a) if he commits (1-a), (1-e), or (1-f). A user has no right to appeal against penalty (2-a) if he commits (1-b), (1-c), or (1-d) obviously, seriously, or for the second time.

5. If a seller is innocent in (1-d), he must notify [email protected] after the transaction within 48 hours. If we believe that the seller is innocent he will be charge with (2-c) instead of (2-b).

6. Premium accounts must comply with all of these rules except (1-a) but every account has to be premium. Further details of premium account can be read here

7. Please report cheaters to GM or ask any inquiries regarding the rules or punishments via [email protected] only.

8. We reserves the right to suspend your account without prior notice if we find out the you do not comply with our rules.

In other words..... say that "i share my PC with my brother, he bought my players, it's not my fault" is NOT a valid excuse, remember that BOTH OF YOU ACCEPTED TERMS OF SERVICE WHEN YOU CREATED YOUR ACCOUNT, if you use your team and your brother do the same, you won't have any trouble unless you brake terms of service.

ANY COMPLAIN RELATED WITH AN ACCOUNT BANNED WILL BE REMOVED INMEDIATELY, so do not waste your time...... why? because complains in forum always finishes in fight between users, no forum user can help you, they hate cheaters, so for your own good, do not become in their target

Okay, everybody have different opinions about MotS, but one thing is clear, as active users start to fill upper division, MotS is starting to be not as welcomed as it were once announced.

* Strong teams plays against mots all the time.
* Teams participating WCC feels they're in disadvantage, because they need to save their MotS to that competition, and important league matches suffer teams using MotS.
* Some people say, "if you're strong enough, you'll beat a mots team anyway"

So, what everybody think about it? Should MotS be removed? Should something be changed in current structure?

Current WCC had a lot active users, and i saw different experiences about MotS and league, but there's a feeling between users that MotS are wrong, now....... how wrong are they?

Users can pick 2 options, so if they consider that they should remain with some changes people can pick a change.

To be clear, THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL POLL, but it might help to let developers know what people feels about MotS.

To be honest, i like the new morale system, it make matches more fair and also alow some players be more important sometimes, however making all morale affected by player's performance has a little problem: high ranked teams tend to not improve goalkeeper's morale.

In my case, my team dominated his matches, i received only 1 shot at goal in 3 matches, so is impossible my keeper receives a rating higher than 6.... now.... should be a keeper with okay morale if he haven't received a goal in 3 matches? I'm not asking for "superb" morale, but i believe his morale should be in a similar level than his partners (defenders have Good morale, midfielders and my forward are very good), maybe Good morale should fit a little more, don't you think? He shouldn't be in the same level than a keeper that received 6 o 7 goals so far, even if he's not working that much, he's creating a decent record after all.

All said, i believe league result should have a minimum influence in player's morale, allowing very good/superb level only to those players that really makes things different.
