Need help ? / Scout upgrade

Hello,
When you want to upgrade scout, there is two scout "skills", Analysis skill and Judge player skill. I want to now wich of those two skill are for player's CA/LA/PR?
In scout report says "Please upgrade your scout analysis skill to level 5 in order to view the predictions." Is analysis skilll for CA/LA/PR and Judge player skill reveals players skills?
Is there anyone who knows that?

PRAVILA na Bosanskom!
1) jedino BiH igra?i mogu biti postavljeniSljede?i podaci su obavezni.
a) link igra?a
b) minimalna cijena
c) rok
3) Sve transakcije, dogovori IZME?U KORISNIKA moraju se obaviti preko PMa, MSNa i sl.ONLY BOSNIAN PLAYERS CAN BE ADVERTISED
Some examples:
- If you want to sell a Spanish player, you can post him in the Spanish
forum AND/OR in the international transfer forum. You cannot post him
in any other local forum, for instance in the Italian one or this one.
2) INFORMATION'S REQUIRED
You must write:
a) player link
b) minimum price
c) deadline
3) YOU CAN ADVERTISE ONLY ONE PLAYER PER POST
If you want to advertise 3 players, you must write 3 different posts.
However, you are allowed to advertise more than one player per post as long as the deadlines are close each other. Open transfers can be put in one single post as well.
Example:
Player 1: deadline 2011-11-23 15:30:00
Player 2: deadline 2011-11-23 15:35:00
you can put them in one post.

Player 1: deadline 2011-11-23 16:30:00
Player 2: deadline 2011-11-24 11:00:00
you must write 2 different posts.
4) BUMPING IS NOT ALLOWED
You can't advertise the same player more than once while his auction
is still ongoing.
5) ALL TRANSACTIONS, DEALS BETWEEN USERS MUST BE DONE IN PRIVATE.
PM the other user if you want to ask about the player on
sale. Do not use the transfer market threads for that.
ALL POSTS NOT RESPECTING THE RULES WILL BE REMOVED.
MAINTENANCE: After you have successfully sold your player, or in case he wasn't sold and you have decided not to put him on TL again, please DELETE your own post advertising the player. THANK YOU!

Dok ne naprave neki bolji nacin zakazivanja prijateljskih, ovdje se mozete prijavljivati i zakazivati prijateljske utakmice.
Prijateljske utakmice su jako bitne, pored toga sto mozete isprobati neke nove taktike, mozete isprobati i neke igrace koji vam nisu u prvim planovima, pogotovo mlade igrace, koji se razvijaju treningom i igranjem utakmica

Evo sada smo dobili i reprezentaciju, kao sto je i obecano. Sada je vrijeme da lagano nadjemo sve potencijalne reprezentativce. Sve vase zvijezde u klubu, za koje mislite da imaju dovoljno potencijala da zaigraju za reprezentaciju, postavljajte ovdje. Nema veze ako je igrac "jeftiniji" od drugog, igraci nemaju iste skillove, mada je pozeljno da je igrac barem preko 400 000 G vrijednosti, jer je konkurencija velika.
Molim da postavite i ocjene (attribute) igraca, zajedno sa linkom, a najbolje bi bilo da ostavite screenshot igraca u attachment.
Za vas koji se bas i ne razumijete u uzimanje screenshotova, a vjerujem da ima i takvih, postoji jos jedan laksi nacin za uzimanje screenshota, po meni i najbolji nacin, je preko programa Pokit , skinete program i instalirate, on ce vam se nalaziti u startup-u, i kad god zelite da uzmete neki screenshot, samo pritisnete Alt+ 3 (mozete i namjestiti u opcijama neku drugu kombinaciju tipki), nakon toga selektujete koji dio ekrana zelite da uslikate i to je to, cak ima mogucnost direktnog uploada na internet.
Hvala svima, idemo laganooo.
