Suggestions/Bugs / suggestion: transfer offers

This is due to my country having very few active managers. And, seeing as how the highest LA player seem to come from those inactive ones, as my own "the Best" academy only got a LA 6 GK as highest this season...
I am suggesting an option of "offer transfer" for players. As in, if I see a high LA young player in a team with an inactive manager, I can go to the player's page, click on "offer," and get him automatically transferlisted if the manager fails to reject the offer. As I am mostly thinking of inactive managers for this, there could be a time limit of...2-3 weeks before the player is automatically transferlisted. Of course, to limit abuse, there should be a minimum. Maybe something like the free agent sums. But a player worth 300k probably won't cost too much, so maybe something like...100k per LA star? So, if a player has a LA of 9, than the minimum bid could 900k.
Again, I suggest this due to my country's lack of decent players in active teams. This might help several other national team's as well.

Need help ? / Custom Cup Not appearing on Fixtures

I created a custom cup, and the fixtures won't show up in the fixtures list. It's showing up in the "next match" part, but not when I go look at the fixtures list....why?
