 I have  2 Mil on my balance and would like to buy a player with 400 000. I have enough money to buy him
 but here is pop up message " Wage Budget is not enough" . Can you please help me ?

Need help ? / About Stadium Quality

  Available budget  :     +589,267 G

Stadium name  :     Boca Juniors PFK Stadium
Capacity   :           20000
Stadium Quality  :       very bad

   I  increased my stadium   to  20 000 . and  I would like to understand   last sentences.   what  does it mean  Stadium Quality   . can Someone explain to me ?  I want to increase  my stadium Quality  but It cost  500 000 G  .   IS it  really need for me that I should spend  money for it or It is not so important  ?
