Hi,

I have done one huge mistake and only good thing is I screwed myselve.

My club : geni kameni (31606)

Player : Natale Fusco (7043453)
 
I offered by mistake one figure more on his sallary and lost 10 mil. (I do not care for that) but now I can not release him as salary of 210 000  will destroy my additional finances to the club anyone know how I can release him or fix that , thanks!

There are many factor to value the player, as:

- Age
- Abilities (how is he skilled)
- Member of NT
- PR
- CA
- LA
- Time of the season
- Market (sometimes market is stoped and sometimes there are not enough players...)
- Experience
- Wage of the player
- How much you need that position (you will be willing to pay more than his price) and how much players like that there are in market (when there was low LA9 in market they were expensive, but now there are a lot, so their price decreased. Now it could happen, and in fact is happening, with LA11-12).

I agree with all above 100%

And for rest everyone from time to time buys a player that is mistake wrong evaluation and then if you want to get rid of him you need to take a lose of money as normal if you buy 20 players at least 5 of them is going to be bad decisions and you must accept minus in that trade, this game is not simple as it seems it is specially because admin do not interfere with anything in this case of free trade it is even positive!

I believe you guys are starting too lose your point as some managers are doing terrible job on transfer market overrating or underrating players so it is very hard to prove 1 million difference on transfers over 3+million, I saw that practically same players (age, PR, position etc etc ) goes for different value of money, sometimes difference is will he be national player, and what period of season is in that moment, based on those two things price can be up to 50% higher/lower. So this guy is smart, but just for posting that deal on national chat he should be beaned knowing our admin he will do good job and without any consequences.

Usualy I do not like to comment those things as they are werry subjective, but best in GKO is ofc LA9+ player with full expirience players like noted here :

Kr10s -  Maximo Sandoval  was best player in the game before 3-4 seasons all rounder on AMC position who was with 21 at full EXP was terifying but now is an verry good player by my opinion, but he plays in one of best teams in GKO and have fantastic grades + there is at least 10 others with similar abilities!

Igecot - Urban S?owikowski  yes this is amazing player he is true leader on the field and all round MC I saw at least 4 bether MC in game

It heavy depends is player on the team that is good and champion or he plays in some medium team and strugling over there.

Go to China, Thailand top level and see what kind of players over there do good ratings, best assist, scores etc scout them and make conclusion what and how top player should look like, you will find that all have one common thing 8*+ EXP!

Generali High LA + high EXP good trained and who is best and who plays in perfect team is imposible to say!

Carlos YES but If you put DC on position of ATTACKER only 50% of his UZM will be used and ofc HE WILL BE TOTALLY USELESS IN ATTACK!

So there are many number of improving ME huge number of variations but after match report AND SPECIALLY RULES must be updated ASAP!

But generally this is going to be interesting season at least of fantastic or circus not normal at all!

After cca 2h of analyzing new ME I have some conclusion and have decide to share with all others, things are pretty simple here:

1. In your report you see that every position have influence on specific tactic like UPM, UMM ...etc so it goes like this:
   GREEN = SKILL OF PLAYER *1
   ORANGE = SKILL OF PLAYER * 0.8
   RED=SKILL OF PLAYER * 0.5
If you calculate now that value you get number that is on bottom of column like 421.8 so this is major change no more % now it is + in equation
 calculate all GREEN and do *1 = A
calculate all ORANGE and do *0.8 = B
calculate all RED and do *0.5 = C
NOW A+B+C = total strength your team is playing that tactic, simple
By mine opinion this is great ME solution as now you have chance to perform diferent tactics on field like :
You play against stronger opponent and do not want to lose then you will put on field 5 defenders and 2 DM-c players that have GREEN in UMM and UZM and now their 7 values will give HUGE advantage in defensive way but your offense will be disaster, but you have chance for that 0-0 you are aiming.
Or let's say that you know that opponent like to play PRESS MORE and now you will USE more FC players as they are GREEN in that field and more mids as they are orange in OPM and use less defenders and will be able to neutralize his strong UPM tactic.
This are just some advantages that I can see in this ME and OFC every change of strategy will result with better performance in one department but will weak others, so like in real football team which is more complete in all fields and can adopt to various tactics will prosper in longer term.
This changes will do couple of things:
- teams will need to have more players at their disposal because if you have 11 strong players everyone will know how to adapt against you as you have no possibility to play various tactics, so teams will now need to have 16 or even more top players to be dominant
- this will change option to put low number of players in one segment and because of % to play good at that so tactic is becoming more important than ever
- sadly a lot of Managers will not adapt to such HUGE change and will abandon this manager (people like to play strategy games and manager is strategy but do not like too much complication)
AND LAST THING THEY HAVE CHANGED ME BUT POST MATCH SUMMARY IS NOT FOLOWING IT AND WILL NEED TO BE UPDATED (I believe this is mistake of programmer (s) ).
Final conclusion:
This is going to be fantastic change and awesome ME but update of post match summary and game rule clarification IS MUST TO HAVE ASAP.

everything I wrote here is not official this is just my notice of current situation and maybe I am wrong it is on everyone to check for themselve!

Sorry xerexy, you didn't get my point, right now, an average player can be obtained paying the same wage than any of those gods, just to avoid a bid war, i can't consider that a right move, and what will happen when you try to sell him? His ridiculously high wage will remain as a basic wage, that will make him even less atractive into market. If you consider that overall quality doesn't stop to improve, that high wage investment will be less and less valuable with time.

No matter if your club is big or small, i wouldn't reccomend it, but every user is free to play and invest their money as they wants.

And maybe you have a wrong idea avout my squad, but i am not that filled with superstars as you think, my main squad have a CA6 keeper and 5 CA7 players, i don't consider my squad something filled with any of those gods, i don't have much high LA players to farm either, only a few, i am sure that your situation is not that different than mine....

Yes you are right my though is to have 6 la7 player 3 la8 players and 2 la9+ players that looks for me ideal but I can just dream it right now I still have LA 6 players 3 of them all rest are la7 but some will be bether they are still in training I same like you do not like those high wages you can see that but if I am going to miss 1 on cruical position (i will not tell which one) maybee even I will do that wage trick but realy wonders need to happen and only for 1 player I can handle that, but It will be interesting how will this game survive btw I am still under opinion that this game seriously lack of managers if noumber of managers doubles then we will see completly diferent game!

Carlos you are talking of their own LA10+ players those are not SUPERSTARS THOSE ARE TRAINED GODS IN THIS GAME right now lets talk about trained LA8 or LA9 player which are for most of the managers SUPERSTARS OK trained LA 10 player is right now GOD in this game and yes salary for those is huge and it should be but their rest players LA 9 and LA 8 are standard up to 10 000 pw players I know that U have fantastic team and LA 8, 9 or 10 is standard for you but for most users those ARE SUPERSTARS!
