Why do i need luck to produce very good class player (LA 9 or 10) from The best Academy? I think luck is needed to produce LA 11+ players. Maybe random procedure that create youngsters is wrong.

Youth Academy System is a joke. From "The best" Academy opened 10 players this 16th season and maximum LA 7 produced. I Don't pay for this game again! I can't beleive than "The best" Academy don't produce minimum 1 Very good class player from 10 youngsters.

добре, но така всяка година ще нарастват добрите академии, ще вадим все по добри младежи и какво правим с тези които тъкмо сме натренирали? зарязваме ги и почваме да тренираме следващия с малко по високо ЛА? и поддържаме играчи с високо СА, но нисък Левъл. Да трябва високите ни ЛА да се развият, но не за сметка на нациоалния само, а никой няма да ти гарантира участие на младежа му по 60 мача на сезон. Трябва да се доизмисли нещо в идеята ти така че вече изградени добри играчи да не отстъпват мястото си на новоизленал младеж с по високо ЛА

I think that we can not calculate the exact CA because we do not know the decimal values ​​of attributes.
For example my player trainining Longshoots 12, he increase value with 0.12 per day and after 3 days he stop trainings because CA=LA.
Longshoots maybe is 12.36 but i can see 12.
