Where x is a random number for each player.
When you play a football manager game you need to plan not random！！！
But now，which path do you want the game to go?
After the 99 policy，there is a lot uncertainty in the transaction，the people who are most desired often can't get the player because of the policy. However，today‘s change don't decrease the uncertainty but increase it.What do you want to do？
Transaction! academy!we don't need so much random in a football manager game!!!
If you want to make us leaving the game please say it clearly not to do these strange changes

I hate the new system very much ，the change about wage and bid is just complicate but no use. And it will destroy the game because change is too big and the direction of the change is wrong.
The change of translation tax may be have some advantage. This change have a good direction but the change is too big and the punishment of translation is to much that almost no people can benefit.
Both these changes are blowing the translation and try to limit translation completely，this will strongly knock the interest of the active player and finally destroy the game.

« on: July 05, 2012, 05:25:34 PM »光从这个角度我很欢迎这个政策，鼓励大老板砸钱，但是对公平性影响比较小gua哥的意思我知道，我被自己多重理解搞晕了，不过这个上限是肯定有的，没有也会因为太不平衡而被吵出来，当然可能比较高，比如说50什么的。。。。
没啥不平衡的，只是有钱可以从更多的球员里面挑7个人而已。当然官方的标准也是有的，不可能你用token就能砸出7个极品。。。
你砸token越多，官方只会偷笑，而实质用处可能真的没有。。。
只是我猜测，官方到时很可能会规定一个上限。。

2. Q: 使用Token能有什么好处？
A: 使用Token不能增加提拔的球员人数，但是可以增加学院的球员名单的人数，也就是给你选择的球员就多了，从8选7变成9选7甚至更多选7。和之前不同的有几点：（1）改变了球员提拔方式。（2）使用Token并不能增加球员人数，相比之前更保证了和其他玩家间的平衡。（3）目前官方并没有说明学院名单的上限，可以理解成只要你足够高富帅，你可以100选7甚至1000选7，不过注意，能进入到球队的球员还是7个
貌似我理解错了？不过现在也无法搞到太清楚，GM都不够清楚的。。。
备注：3. You may use token or budget to bring more players [1] to your academy but you can only promote up to 7 youth players [2].
请注意：第三条只是讲可以增加学院的球员人数（也就是增加选择面），但是最多能进球队的还是7人。
你自己重新回去看下，官方从头到底没提15个上限的事。
academy和youth team是两个概念，真正能到手的球员不是指academy里的
