I personally think that this pause at the end of each season is good for smaller clubs, that have smaller weekly expenses. Clubs with huge expenses will lose a lot of money in this period, which will give the opportunity to smaller clubs to level with them in terms of budget. So basically you should plan your finances carefully as the season is coming to an end, otherwise you go to dept.

I guess there are developers playing this game, and I also guess that a lot of those people would gladly help admin with the bugs and issues, is there any chance that we can form a team and fix this? We can also revive a game with new features and improvements.

I like the idea and initiative. However I suspect the codebase and PHP-version to be so out of date it might be hard just to revive the code to a running version at all. But its is worth a shot.

At least we could troubleshoot this error with the missing games and somehow try to either rerun them or to restart the season, because I think this bug is a show stopper...and for later development, we could really form a good team and try to improve stuff
