The manager has been BAN several times, But now he is cheating again

These three teams are the same manager, same IP, and transaction records. Maybe he still has a lot of  teams

Please GM permanently BAN him .Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
